What is your return policy on protective gear?
For hygiene reasons, items like mouthguards and groin protectors cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Other gear like shinguards and headgear can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard gear usually ships within 3-5 business days. For heavy items like punching bags or grappling dummies, please allow 7-10 business days as they require specialized freight handling.
